These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gooreo website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Gooreo on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them on its behalf.
01Using the Service
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
02Your content
You retain ownership of the data, prompts, and content you bring to Gooreo. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to store, process, and display your content, and to run the AI work you request. We do not claim ownership of your content.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other tenants' data; and no use that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
04Plans, GOO, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars and include a monthly GOO allowance that resets each cycle with no rollover. AI usage draws down GOO; additional GOO can be purchased in top-up packs. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
05AI output
Gooreo uses AI systems that can make mistakes. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. The Service is a tool, not professional advice.
06Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party tools and models at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
08Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gooreo is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
