# Gooreo

Gooreo is a governed AI-agent platform. A customer describes an outcome in plain
language; Gooreo returns a plan; the customer approves it; Gooreo builds the
automation, proves it with a live test on the real execution engine, and bills
the actual provider cost. An agent built this way is called a "Goro".

The three facts that distinguish it, each stated on the pages linked below:

- **Approval before build.** Nothing is built until the customer approves a
  written plan. Declining costs nothing.
- **Proof before delivery.** A build is tested on the real engine before it is
  handed over, and the test result is shown.
- **Settlement at actual cost.** Work reserves an estimate and settles at the
  real provider cost; the difference is refunded automatically, exactly once.
  Fuel is denominated in GOO, published at a fixed USD rate.
